    Pre-Download Checklist
    The following conditions must be met BEFORE running the install:

    • If you are already running a version 8 or greater and you just want to upgrade: use the ICS Updater
    • Be sure your machines comply with the list of Requirements for Ics-Windows
    • Obtain the password from the I.O. ICS-Windows Hotline (888-427-4946) if you have not already received it in a letter before installing ICSwin version 10.1 on your system. You will be able to download without the password, but you will be unable to install.
    • Windows Vista Note: Microsoft's Vista operating system requires either network administrator priviledges, or you must turn off the User Account Control (UAC) before installing ICS-Windows Version on your system. Click this link to find out how to disable the UAC.

    After clicking on the 'Request ICS Download' link at the bottom of this page, you're browser will be re-directed to a page with a form to complete. After completing the form and submitting your Local information, you will receive an email containing a download link. Open the email and click on the link. You will be prompted by your web browser to "Save" the file.

    For first time installations or when installing a new server or standalone computer, save the file to the computer where you'll be installing ICS. Be sure to review the install instructions here.
