Upgrading ICS-Windows is easy. Open ICS, go to the "Help" menu and select "Check Internet for Updates," then select "Check for Newer ICSWin" and follow the instructions. View picture instructions

I Am Upgrading from ICS-Windows version 8.0.0.50 or earlier

If you are using ICS-Windows version 8.0.0.50 or earlier, the options just mentioned won't appear under the Help menu options. In that case, click Here to download and save the icsWebStarter.exe file to your workstation computer. Then on your workstation computer double-click on the ICSWebStarter.exe file and follow the on-screen prompts. Once ICS has upgraded itself, any users who are in ICS will need to log out and log back in again to use the changes.
